Your invoice becomes overdue if not paid as of midnight, on the date it is due.

The best way to remember our late payment, suspension & termination policy is:

5 after 5 = A 5.00 late fee is added after 5 days.

Suspends after 10 = Your account is automatically suspended after 10 days.

Terminates after 30 = Your account & site is removed completely after 30 days.

Accounts not paid are suspended automatically by the system on the 10th day. Your site will be brought back online as soon as payment is received. Accounts not paid at the end of 30 days, are automatically terminated. Once an account has been terminated, all files and data are removed from the system and server and UNABLE to be restored.
